Practice & Rules

We want your time aboard Fleetwood to be as safe and enjoyable as possible. Below you will find some important guidelines and information to help you prepare for your trip.

 

Meeting point & route

We confirm meeting point and route upon booking, we sail throughout the harbor.

If you have a specific route or stop in mind, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate it.

 

Time

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked time so we can start on time.

If you arrive late, it may shorten your sailing time as we may have other bookings afterwards.

 

Capacity & Group

Fleetwood can accommodate up to 12 guests (or 10 large men) + captain.

 

Food & Drink

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol.

We provide a thermos box and table.

Bring cups, plates and cutlery if necessary.

 

What you must not do

Smoking is not allowed on board.

Heavy intoxication is not allowed for safety reasons.

Avoid loud music and disruptive behavior, and be considerate of other harbor users and residents.

 

Safety first

The captain is responsible for the boat and for everyone's safety, please follow his instructions.

 

The captain can interrupt the trip if the behavior becomes unsafe or choose to disembark passengers en route, for example if they are excessively intoxicated.

 

Life jackets are available to all guests and must be worn if deemed necessary by the captain.

 

Stay seated as much as possible while the raft is moving, avoid leaning over the edge, and keep your arms and legs inside the boat.

 

Weather

In case of bad weather (e.g. strong wind, rain or thunder), the tour may be postponed or canceled.

Bring appropriate clothing for the weather, it may be cooler on the water.

 

Cancellation and rebooking

We offer:

  • free refund up to 10 days before sailing.

  • free rebooking to another available date up to 48 hours before

  • If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the trip cannot be refunded or rebooked immediately.

 

Clean up

Help us keep the fleet clean. Take your trash with you or use the trash cans provided.

If the raft is left very dirty, a cleaning fee may be charged.

 

Children & Pets

Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times.

Small dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, please inform us when booking.
