🛟 Safety First

• The captain is in charge of the boat and responsible for everyone's safety — please follow their instructions.

• Life jackets are available for all guests and must be worn if the captain deems it necessary, especially for children or in rough conditions.

• Please stay seated while the raft is moving and avoid leaning over the sides.

• Fleetwood is a stable craft, but remember it's still a boat — walk carefully and mind your step.
  

👥 Capacity & Group Size

• Fleetwood is licensed for up to 12 guests + captain.
  

🥂 Food & Drinks

• You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages on board — including alcohol.

• Please drink responsibly — the captain may stop the trip if behavior becomes unsafe.

• We have a cooler and table available for your convenience.

• Bring cups, plates, and utensils if needed — and don't forget a bottle opener!
  

🚫 What Not to Do

• No smoking on board!

• Please avoid loud music or disruptive behavior — respect other harbor users and residents.
  

⏰ Timing

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked time so we can start on schedule.

• If you're late, it may shorten your sailing time as we may have other bookings after yours.
  

🌞 Weather

• We sail in most weather — light rain or wind won't stop us.

• In case of dangerous weather (eg, strong wind, thunder), we may need to postpone or cancel for safety reasons.

• Bring appropriate clothing for the weather — it can be cooler on the water.
  

🗑️ Clean Up

• Please help us keep the raft tidy. Take all trash with you or use the bins provided.

• If the raft is left in a very dirty condition, a cleaning fee may apply.
  

📍 Meeting Point & Route

• We'll confirm the meeting point and route with you when you book — we sail throughout the whole Harbour

• If you have a specific route or stops in mind, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
  

👶 Children & Pets

• Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times.

• Well-behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement — let us know when you book.
