Trading conditions

Booking
You send an inquiry and we will get back to you with whether we have space.
Once we have agreed to the trip, we will send payment information.
The time is only finally confirmed once payment has been received.

On the day
We will meet at the agreed location. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get off to a good start.
We sail in the harbor and canals and adapt the trip along the way.


Changes & cancellation
We only have one boat, so changes affect our ability to take other bookings.

We offer:

  • Free refund up to 10 days before sailing

  • Free rebooking to another available date up to 48 hours before

  • If cancelled less than 48 hours before, the tour cannot be refunded or rebooked immediately.


Please write to us at info@fleetwodk as soon as possible if your plans change. We always do what we can to find a solution.

Weather or technical problems
We may choose to cancel the trip if the weather is so bad that we believe the trip will not be a good experience. For example, rain, too much wind or thunder.

In such cases, you can choose between:

  • A new time or

  • full refund


The same applies if we have to cancel the trip due to unforeseen technical problems.

On board
On board, the captain ensures safety and the route. We expect normal good behavior and that you follow the captain's instructions.

If someone is so affected or behaves in a way that makes the trip unsafe or unsafe, we may choose to ask passengers to disembark the boat.

If good behavior is not observed, for example in the event of very high levels of intoxication, excessive behavior, or if instructions are ignored, we will stop the tour.

In these cases, we will not refund the trip.

Smoking is not allowed on board.

Take care of our boat
We expect you to clean up after yourself and take your trash with you. If there are large food residues and stains, we may charge a cleaning fee of 500 DKK.

If the boat or equipment is damaged because of you, we may have to collect compensation from the person who booked the boat.

You are responsible for your own things.

Security
We always start with a brief overview.

There are life jackets on board, and we have the practicalities under control, you just have to follow along.

Data
We only use your information to make your booking work, not for anything else.
